After purchase, you will receive a license key "Nordskol: expansion to the Heroic version", which includes:
Raising the level to 70 (now gives 80 LVL)
Riding skill at the "Craftsman" level for the character who used the boost
Suitable equipment, transport and gold for the character who used the boost
Pet Penguin Pebble
The toy "Lucky bait of the fishologist", which allows you to summon the Fangarr assistant angler
